Entering the army from within the Torah world A celebration blessing the new recruits to the army was held at the beginning of Adar Bet in the Advanced Yeshiva, attending were the Rabbis and Heads of the Yeshiva.
The students enlisting have concluded the study of mishnayot.
The boys spoke thanking the staff, each telling of their transformation during their time in the Yeshiva.
The event ended on an uplifting note - dancing with great joy, as they phrased: "we are swapping the labor of Torah in the Beit Midrash with the work of Hashem in our holy army "
We wish them all a meaningful army service.
